The
Right Way to Do It –
How to Discipline & Discharge
Without Getting Sued
Tuesday, April 18, 2006
Guest Speaker: John M. Bagyi, Esq.
As challenges to employment decisions in administrative proceedings
and litigation continue to grow, this session will provide participants
with the tools needed to successfully defend employment decisions,
regardless of the challenge. Through a review of mistakes employers
commonly make, participants will gain insight into how employee
discipline and discharged are scrutinized by jurors, administrative
judges, and other third parties, and will learn how to avoid making
similar mistakes that result in legal liability.
