With Guest Speaker: Diane Lustenader
Are you an HR professional, line supervisor or manager who participates in the interview process? Traditional interviewing not getting you the long-term high-performance employees your organization needs to survive and thrive?
Master the techniques used successfully by interviewers internationally. This phenomenally effective behavioral approach to interviewing, developed by Dr. Paul Green, teaches hiring staff to probe job candidates for past experience that will effectively predict future job performance. This session will provide strategies for interviewing entry-level, experienced, professional and managerial employees that will help hiring managers and HR professionals base their selection decisions on more than a gut feeling.
Participants will learn to: Create and ask open-ended questions. Establish interview evaluation criteria. Solicit examples of past behavior to predict future behavior. Take useful interview notes.
